The purchases made in Descarade.com will be understood under the general conditions of purchase contained in that page. The formalization of any order entails the complete acceptance of this ones.


1. NATURE OF THE CONTRACT

AVAILABILITY AND PRICES
The availability of any product of descarade.com depends on the demand of our costumers and the existence of ours stocks and our providers.

We did not assume the responsibility on any typesetter or arithmetic error that could be in our page.

Once the order is made it will be confirmed by electronic mail and the costumer will be informed on any modification of availability that could arise.

Any error or discrepancy with respect to the price, the delivery or the payment type has to be communicate immediately to our electronic mail.

Descarade.com reserves the right of annulling those orders done on the basis of typesetter, arithmetic errors or that contain a vague direction of shipment that could make difficult the deliverance of the package. DELIVERY

All the shipments will be "delivery at home".

The orders will be given in an only shipment. The merchandise will not be able to be given in post office box nor in suspicious directions of fraud. The refund will be done except the expenses of the transference return (5 euros). Occasionally it can happen that a product is not ready for the shipment due to causes that do not depend on us. In this case, we will ask for the approval of the costumer to send those that are available then and to send the rest as soon as possible. The expenses of shipment will be paid independently for each shipment.

DELIVERY TERMS

The approximate delivery terms are:
- spanish national destiny: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary: 24/48 hours.
- communitarian european destiny: 3/4 days.
- other international destiny - it will be confirmed in each case.

SHIPING COSTS
The total amount of the shipment expenses will be added to the total price of the order. In the international shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta , Melilla, Andorra and shipments to noncommunitarian countries, the costs derived from different duty offices will be paid by the costumer.



2. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY GUARANTEE

The personal data asked from Descarade.com is always the strictly necessary and Descarade.com is committed to not to use them to any another purpose, and not to yield them nor to sell them to third under any concept. SHIPMENT AGAINST REIMBURSEMENT
We can do shipment against reimbursement, nevertheless it will never be made automatically, we will need its confirmation by email. This kind of shipment and payment will be made through the shipment company that we assign, to who the costumer will pay the shipment and reimbursement expenses.

TO GATHER IN STORE
If it has preferred the option "to gather the order in store", you will have to justify the purchase indicating to us the order number and the person that has carried it out.


4. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
The orders can be cancelled until the moment when the shipment is done. Nevertheless, there will be a cost of 5 euros, cost of the refund transference. If we receive a cancellation notification once the package is sent, we will consider it a return.

The returns can be made up to 15 days after you have received the product. The expenses of shipment will be the responsibility of the costumer. The amount of the purchase will not be given back but it will be possible to be used in another purchase.
